This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer is set up and onboarded based on what was sold to them. This role is also responsible to ensure that any customer relationship and support issues are
addressed for the customer. Furthermore, through the development of usage and other insights they must
work with the customer to ensure that they are gaining benefit from the solution and using what they have
purchased to the maximum.
As a Customer Success Portfolio Manager, you are ultimately responsible for customer renewals so you will be concerned with ensuring the customer is highly satisfied with the solution, by delivering on their
requirements, and developing relationships with customers. Any new opportunities for upselling and/or
cross-selling to the customer must be discussed and handed over to the sales executives to close where
relevant.

Duties are but not limited to;

  • Add-on sales lifecycle

  • Renewal sales lifecycle

  • Proactive customer relationship and ticket management (for Pharma)

 This position is responsible for renewing and growing our existing revenue by 20% annually and securing  new customers within the EMGuidance core market. Our core market currently is South Africa but we plan to grow this regionally throughout Africa over the next 24 to 36 months. The role will include
supporting and interfacing with the sales, sales operations, customer success and marketing team
members to ensure achievement of commercial objectives.
As our core market Commercial Manager, you will be concerned with improving and growing our business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers. You will be required to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and enhance the commercial operations, industry position and brand reputation.

This is a remote work position and the successful candidate will be on a 6-months’ probation period. This position is responsible for assisting and ensuring administration support to the Commercial team.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • New Business lifecycle - Whitespace analysis for sales, CS and marketing for core business and market expansion.

  • Renewal lifecycle - Company, contact and deal management in HubSpot.

  • Add-on lifecycle - Account plan research.

  • Upsell lifecycle - 1st phase competitor analysis (product management does 2nd phase).

  • Developmental lifecycle - Commercial partnership research.

  • Provide support to the commercial department - Annual Bottoms up sales plan, Quarterly sales quota for renewals, upsells, add-ons and new business, Linkage to CRM (HubSpot), Any other Adhoc support.

This position is responsible for the facilitation of customer needs and requests in a  way that is informative, productive and efficient. They must be able to utilise their technical knowledge of the parts they sell. 

Promotes ad sells products and or services to meet customer needs
Incumbent must be able to label different parts based on their function and pricing using predetermined methods for organisation and documentation
Ability to inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the customer with a replacement part or a full refund.
Assists with the preparation and maintaining of merchandise displays.
Find new business clients
Maintain a good relationship with our business clients
Must be able to generate estimates in accordance with the requested parts
Ability to generate order number to the parts consultant
The order number must reflect the parts with the prices quoted
Able to generate internal sales invoice using the order number



SERVICE ADVISOR AUTOMOTIVE

Service Advisor automotive

This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems, services, repairs and quotes.

Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician
Consulting with Technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technician when necessary
Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
Assisting customer with deciding to fix their car through the dealerships shop or trading the vehicle in
Overseeing and managing the service centres scheduling and workflow
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Record customers concerns / problem using a job card
Ensure that the job card contains the customer’s name, address, contact details, Id Number, email address, vehicle details, customers concerns / instructions and any visible damages to the vehicle
Experience of service the municipality is advantageous
Motor Industry experience is essential
Experience as a service advisor within the municipality is advantageous
Experience working with Evolve and DMS is essential
