Perform job related administration
Build positive relationships with everyone in your value chain and deliver service excellence to ensure repeat business
Get new specs through cold calling, visits, networking, key account management etc.
Source candidates for the client vacancies by database search, advertising, outreach via social media, headhunting, networking
Screen CV’s, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, conduct reference checks and compile shortlists
Prepare CV’s for submission to client, present candidates to client including your recommendations, arrange client interviews, follow up, convey offers to candidates
Ensure candidates commence employment with clients and maintain placement during probation through regular contact
Maintain client and candidate folders online, maintain databases, submit activity reports, ensure invoicing of placements made etc.

Front Office Supervisor required who’s primary function will be to supervise the front office to ensure the efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction.
Ensure outstanding, caring customer care at all times.
Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanour at all times.
Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
Adhere to company credit limit policies.
